The Code of the Server

This is a community event built on respect. Every participant agrees to the standards below before entering the draft.

❄ Who should enlist

  • Members in good standing who have consistently shown respect on the wL server.
  • Players known for sportsmanship — win or lose, they keep it classy.
  • Team players who thaw teammates, make callouts, and play for the squad.
  • Anyone of any skill level who is positive, patient, and supportive of others.
  • Must be a wL regular & be registered on our Discord.

✖ Zero tolerance

  • Any verified report of harassment, belittling, or demeaning conduct toward a teammate or opponent results in immediate disqualification.
  • Members with any prior warning or violation for harassment or misconduct are not eligible to participate.
  • Toxic chat, rage, blame, or berating drafted teammates will not be tolerated.
  • All tournament admin decisions regarding eligibility and conduct are final.
This is a friendly tournament. You don't choose your teammates — the draft does. Treat every player you're paired with the way you'd want to be treated.

How the Draft Works

Players register individually. Once registration closes, the pool is drafted into balanced squads.

I

Register

Submit the form below and agree to the Code of the Server.

II

Review

Admins verify eligibility against server conduct records.

III

Draft

Approved players are drafted into even teams — 4v4, or 3v3 if numbers run short.

IV

Frag & Thaw

Bracket and match times are posted once teams are locked.

❄ Team Projection

Every match is even. With 8 or more approved players the draft runs 4v4; with only 6–7 it runs 3v3. There are no alternates: if the numbers don't divide evenly, the extra players are picked at random at draft time and moved to the Ringers. They get first dibs, matched by Elo, whenever a squad needs a substitute. This updates automatically as players are approved.

The Champions' Reward

A friendly tournament still deserves bragging rights.

wL CHAMPION

Custom Champion Shirts

Every member of the winning squad takes home a one-of-a-kind, custom-made shirt designed and crafted by Sagnam, wearable proof that you conquered Season 1 of the wL Freeze Tag Draft.

A huge thank-you to Sagnam for donating his time and talent to the tournament. Contributions like this are what make the wL community special.

Draft Registration

One entry per player. Use the name you play under so admins can verify your account.
